About us

Hi, my name is Darren and I own the Complete Pet Care Nottingham Branch, along with my partner Caroline. We took on the branch in December 2019. We are passionate about all animals and love our  job. We love being outdoors no matter the weather. I have grown up around animals all my life, and I'm currently owned by my feline friends Jinx and Willow along with their canine companions Pandora, Fudge and Daisy. Before taking on Complete Pet Care Nottingham I worked in various customer public roles from being a firefighter to a medic driver to a bodyguard, whilst Caroline worked for the Complete Pet Care Ashby Franchise Branch.

Free Meet & Greet

Before any service can commence we offer a free meet & greet. This gives you a chance to ask any questions you have, and for us to meet you and your pet(s), go over your requirements and complete all necessary paperwork.

Solo & Group Dog Walking

We offer solo dog walking services unless the dogs are from the same family and group dog walking. 

Cat Visits & Small Animal Visits

Cat Visits - This is the prefect solution to catteries. Most cats prefer to stay in their own bed, and own surroundings ......... what could be better? During the visit we will care, groom, feed, change water, play and clean litter trays to ensure that your cat is in good health whilst you are away. We can visit once, twice or more often if required daily to ensure that all your cats needs are catered for. 

Small Animal Visits - Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Mice, Gerbils, Hamsters, Birds, Fish, Reptiles can also be cared for in your own home whilst you are away. We will care for you small animals, feed and clean them according to your normal care routines.

Darren & Caz have been walking my much loved Welsh border Collie since she was 6 months old she is now 2 years old and continues to love her walks with them. She is always happy to see them and can’t wait to get out on her walk them Darren & Caz are lovely people and could not ask for better people to look after my precious girl I love seeing the photos they send me when I’m at work and always puts a smile on my face seeing her have fun. Darren & Caz keep up the great work would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some help when at work or struggling to walk their dogs. Daniel Squires
