You can opt in to receive marketing e-mails from us as part of the Subscriber registration process or via advertising on a third party site. By giving consent to marketing e-mails we will send you e-mails up to once a month including news, discounts and information on. Your e-mail address and name details only will be passed to our current e-mail provider MailChimp. You can unsubscribe from e-mail by using the unsubscribe link in any of the e-mails you receive from us.

 

 

As a paying business member, we need personal information from you to help us to give you the best possible service and for your business listing. We are aware that this will be confidential in nature, and will ensure it is kept secure. This forms part of our contract with you, and our commitment to you as a valued customer. We will not ask for information from you that is not relevant to our provision of data services to you. We normally retain your information permanently, unless you tell us to discard it.

We believe this is in both our and your legitimate interests. You can of course stop advertising with us at any time – just let us know.

Using information for analysis

We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual. From time to time we may provide your information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the products and services we provide.
