The pet business world is a minefield to navigate when it comes to trying to find a reputable business with the correct qualifications, experience, licenses and insurances, our aim of the pet directory services is to help increase pet owners awareness and knowledge of the minimum legal responsibilities a business requires to offer certain services.

BUSINESS REVIEWS MATTER
We take reviews for each business listed on the directory very seriously. Reviews whether positive or negative are all valuable for both the business and potential customers. Whilst the negative reviews may be genuine they can be used as a learning curve to change something in the business being reviewed that might require a change, however some are also false reviews to cause intentional damage to the business. Giving a written false review of a business is defamation and the business can obtain legal action and sue under the Defamation Act 2013.
To help ensure all reviews are genuine we have changed the way reviews can be submitted on the directory. All reviews are dealt with weekly on a Thursday. To leave a business listed on the directory a review please click the link below to take you to our review submissions page. For all premium members the review will be left on their dedicated page on the directory and shared across our social media. Basic and free members reviews will be shared across our social media.
